Correction: Aurora pilot was not finally approved
The 12 August action was a procedural vote to place the Aurora proposal on the final agenda. It was incorrectly described as project approval in the earlier notice.
Corrected decision: Final approval has not occurred. The binding vote was postponed pending an environmental review.
This later official correction materially changes the evidence available for the original claim and is designed to exercise SourceSeal’s append-only challenge workflow.
